Job Summary
We are looking for a hands-on, experienced Sous Chef to uphold the standards and high quality established at our exclusive country club. If you are a leader who strongly believes in our vision we would love to talk to you.
SOUS CHEF RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prep Sheets used daily by cooks
- Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Train all new hires on the expectations of the kitchen
- Follow all standards set forth by the Department of Health
- Conduct pre-shift meetings and ensure the team is prepared for each shift
SOUS CHEF QUALIFICATIONS:
- All cuisine experience a plus
- Able to lift 30+pounds
- Must have 3+ years of experience
- Fluent in both written and spoken English
- Ability to walk, stand, and/or bend continuously
- Communicates information effectively and efficiently
