Job Summary

We are seeking an Entry-Level Fraternity Growth Consultant to assist fraternities in expanding their reach and enhancing member engagement. You will work closely with fraternity leaders, develop growth plans, and deliver training sessions on recruitment, leadership development, and organizational management.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess fraternity chapters and identify growth opportunities.
  • Develop customized growth plans and support recruitment efforts.
  • Provide guidance and training to chapter leaders and advisors.
  • Facilitate workshops on risk management, diversity and inclusion, leadership, and personal development.
  • Collaborate with fraternity headquarters, alumni associations, and campus partners.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • 1-2 years of recruitment experience in a fraternity/sorority setting.
  • Strong understanding of fraternity culture and values.
  • Knowledge of recruitment, retention, and leadership development best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to travel to different campuses and fraternity headquarters.
